Consumer Deposit
A Consumer Deposit is equal to the highest bill for the previous twelve-month period at the location which service is requested.  A consumer deposit may be waived by furnishing a written credit reference from a previous utility provider stating that you have had a prompt payment history for the last twelve months or by signing up for
 Automatic Payments (Click Here) 23.61 Kb.  After 12 consecutive months of prompt payments, the consumer deposit plus interest will be applied to your account.

Returned Check Charge
A $25.00 charge will be assessed to the account for any checks (paper or electronic) not honored due to insufficient funds.

Late Payment Charge
A 1.5% charge will be calculated on the unpaid balance that is due after the 28th of the month and will be assessed to the account.

Reconnection Fee
A $50.00 charge (plus taxes) is required when the service is disconnected for non-payment and reconnection is made during regular business hours prior to 3:00 p.m.

Overtime Reconnection Fee - a $75.00 charge (plus taxes) is required when the service is disconnected for non-payment and reconnection is made after 3:00 p.m.

Trip Charge
A $25.00 charge (plus taxes) will be assessed to the account if a representative of the Cooperative travels to the location to post for disconnect or to receive payment at the time of disconnect.
